Certain parts may be supplied in bulk, industrial, or non-retail packaging and may not include individual labeling, instructions, mounting hardware, or retail-ready packaging. Sale by Trek to Buyer is business-to-business only. Buyer is solely responsible for any repackaging, labeling, marketing, distribution, or other downstream supply of the parts, including compliance with all applicable legal, safety, and regulatory requirements in each market where the parts are supplied, and for maintaining traceability and preventing damage or mixing/commingling of parts. Buyer must promptly notify Trek of any safety incident or regulatory inquiry and cooperate with any stop-sale/corrective action/recall. Buyer may not represent the parts as authorized/approved by Trek or use Trek trademarks except as expressly permitted in writing and as allowed by law. Buyer will indemnify Trek against claims arising from Buyer’s repackaging, marketing, distribution, or downstream supply. Parts are sold with the original manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Seller provides no additional warranties to the extent permitted by law.
