Free Shipping & Standard Rates

Free shipping is available on orders of $99 or more, including insurance and tracking, shipped within the contiguous U.S.

Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $12.99.

Please note: Free shipping does not apply to certain product types, including bikes, eBikes, and oversized items. These products may incur additional shipping and handling fees due to their size, weight, and packaging requirements.

Oversized or heavy items (such as car racks, wheels, helmets, trainers, repair stands, child seats, etc.) may require additional shipping charges. Free shipping applies only to in-stock items and delivery addresses within the contiguous U.S. (excludes Alaska & Hawaii).

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, and some may take up to 14 days, depending on the product type, such as bikes and e-bikes. During periods of high demand or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always communicate any delays.

Bike Shipping

Shipping costs for bikes are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, destination, and insurance. Bikes are excluded from free shipping promotions.

Every bike receives professional packing, protective materials, and a full safety check prior to shipping.
All bike shipments include tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.

Please note: Many destinations require an adult signature upon delivery for bicycles.

eBike Shipping

Due to their size, weight, and lithium battery regulations, eBikes are excluded from free shipping promotions.

Shipping costs for eBikes are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, destination, insurance, and carrier requirements.

All eBike shipments are professionally packed to meet safety and transportation standards and include tracking and insurance.
An adult signature upon delivery may be required for eBike shipments.

 

In-Store Pickup

• Most items are ready for pickup within 1 business day. Some items may require extra processing time depending on stock location or assembly requirements.
• Orders must be picked up within 15 days, unless special arrangements are made in advance.
• For bicycle purchases:
• Pickup must be made in person by the original purchaser.
• A valid government-issued ID and the original credit card used for the purchase are required.
• For your protection, bikes cannot be released to third parties, couriers, or anyone not matching the order information.

 

Backorders & Split Shipments

• If an item is out of stock or backordered, your card will only be charged for items that ship.
• If your order is split into multiple shipments, total shipping charges will never exceed the original amount quoted at checkout.
• Backordered items will ship automatically once available, unless the customer requests cancellation.

 

Shipping Restrictions & Notes

• We currently ship only within the United States.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized items or bicycles.
• Hazardous materials (such as e-bike batteries) cannot be shipped due to federal regulations and are in-store pickup only.
• Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information; packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.
